Make sure that our e-mail messages did not go to your "Spam," "Junk" or "Bulk" folder. To do this, you add our e-mail address "info@discoverydaystudio.com" to your contact list or address book so that it is not filtered by your mail software as "spam".
The easiest way is to login to your Discovery Day Studio account with the e-mail address and password you created. This way you will be able to access your account and download your files.
